TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. There will be only fifteen (15) minutes free waiting time. Beyond sixteen (16) minutes, we will charge an extra hour of PHP 400 per hour per car and PHP 500 per hour per van that will be collected in cash by the driver.
2. There is a late-night surcharge for arrivals or pick-up transfers between 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM (PH time). The driver will collect in cash an additional PHP 300 per vehicle if the pick-up/drop-off point is within Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Lapu Lapu City, and PHP 500 per vehicle if outside city limits.
3. Divaishnavi vehicles have been granted a franchise by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) for Land Tourist Transport Service.
4. Divaishnavi has been granted accreditation by the Department of Tourism as a Land Tourist Transport Operator.
5. A replacement vehicle will be provided during fortuitous situations.
6. To receive a complete refund, it is necessary to cancel your booking a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the experience. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be eligible for a refund.
7. Modifications requested within 24 hours of the experience’s commencement will always depend on availability and require approval.
8. Recommended Passenger Capacity: Our cars can accommodate a maximum of 3 people, each with luggage, while our vans can accommodate a maximum of 7 people, each with luggage.
9. Metro Cebu: Any points within Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Lapu Lapu City
